Therapeutic Fasting Retreat

28 August to 6 September
Baboo Alentejo, São Luis – Portugal

Switch off the noise. Get back to basics.

Ten days of supervised therapeutic fasting, to find stillness. To allow the body to rest, purify itself and undergo a deep reset.

Beyond weight loss or detoxification, fasting is also a profound experience of regeneration that can benefit several key aspects of our health:

  • the brain
  • the immune system
  • the heart
  • and emotional balance.

For those who cannot be away for long, 3-day programmes are also available.

Me No Pause Retreat

7–13 September
Baboo Alentejo
São Luis, Portugal

A week entirely dedicated to women going through a period of transition.

Because the menopause is often the time when the body says ‘enough’, when it finally demands attention, gentleness and a listening ear.

Around ten women, an exceptional natural setting, and seven days to be fully present with yourself.

  • Gentle yoga,
  • Pilates,
  • Guided meditation,
  • Vegetarian meals,
  • Evenings under the stars.

A space where you aren’t expected to be strong. Just to be there.

Daily Practice

16–24 September
Montreux, Switzerland

Our studio/shala has been enhanced with three new Pilates reformers, meaning we can now offer group classes every afternoon, in addition to our daily Ashtanga Yoga sessions.

Every morning, join us for the traditional Ashtanga Mysore practice in the lineage of Sharath R. Jois: a personalised practice where everyone progresses at their own pace, guided by the breath and experience.

Yin Yoga and Meditation round off our programme throughout the week.

This is not a retreat.

Coppet Seasonal Circle

25–27 September
Coppet, Switzerland

A new theme every season

We are delighted to launch this new Baboo event, held in the Coppet community hall, ideally situated on the shores of Lake Geneva.

Open to everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners, this event will feature yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions, as well as opportunities for discussion and reflection to help us embrace the changing seasons mindfully.

The nutritional aspect will be led by Hugo Ducreux, who will share his recommendations for supporting the body and mind in tune with the seasons.

We will also take the time to explore the astrological influences of autumn and their impact on our current energy levels.

“A time to refocus on what matters.”
