Yin Yoga & Meditation

Group sessions
The shala is organised into two parts.
- In the morning, Mysore sessions welcome practitioners in small groups, with each person progressing through their own sequence in a shared atmosphere of silence.
- The afternoon is dedicated to small-group Pilates Reformer sessions, where precision of movement guides each session.
One-to-one sessions
For personalised support – whether it’s yoga, Pilates or meditation – one-to-one sessions, available by appointment, allow you to focus precisely on what your body needs.
